Wat meebrengen bij inschrijving?

Bewijs van inschrijving aan de Hoge School of Universiteit of studentenkaart met vermelding van het schooljaar 2023-2024 (géén openbaar Vervoerkaart)
Geldig paspoort of identiteitskaart;
De uitschrijving uit je land van herkomst of een uittreksel uit de basisadministratie, beide MET vermelding van het adres waarvan je vertrekt en je burgerlijke staat
Bewijs van ziekteverzekering (geldige Europese ziekteverzekeringskaart);
Bewijs van voldoende bestaansmiddelen ( 1.214,13 euro/maand van min. 3 maanden: bewijs betaling huur, bankafschriften op naam van student met regelmatige stortingen van ouders/derden en/of bewijs van eigen inkomsten (bv. bankafschriften, arbeidscontract, loonfiches…).
Jouw geboorteakte of trouwboekje van de ouders;

Na voorlegging van alle vereiste documenten wordt de inschrijving opgestart en volgt een politiecontrole op jouw verblijf.
What to bring?
A passport photograph
Certificate of school enrollment or student card with indication of the school year (2023-2024) (no Public Transport pass)
Valid passport or identity (ID) card
Deregistration certificate from home country or an extract from the Personal Records Database: with indication of former address and marital status
Valid European Health Insurance card
Proof of sufficient means of subsistence (1.214,13 euros/month) for at least three months: proof of rent payment, bank statements under the name of the student with frequent money transfers from parents or others and/or proof of own income (e.g., bank statements, employment contract, paychecks…)
Birth certificate
(Eventual) driver’s license
Tenancy agreement
Once presented all those documents, the process of your registration has started. Then there will be a police control at your place of residence.
